How It Works

Educators make sure that every student has access to what they need in order to learn. Teachers use a number of different instructional strategies to reach all types of learners. Teachers start by first getting to know their students - what they currently know, understand and can do; what interests they have; how they learn best.  Then, teachers work together as a team to create a learning plan that is then strategically delivered to the students.
